Terms and Conditions
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
– Shisha Charcoal: 17 Tons / 1 x 20’ft Container (FCL)
– BBQ Charcoal: 26 Tons / 1 x 40’ft Container (FCL)
Payment Terms:
We only accept payment by using Telegraphic Transfer / Wire Transfer.
– An advance payment of 50% should be paid after signing the sales contract or purchase order submission
– A Balance payment of 50% (Final Payment) should be paid five (5) days before the container loading/stuffing schedule
Please note:
– The price will be quoted based on FOB incoterms
– The price quoted includes export documents such as: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading
– The price excludes the Self Heating Test (SHT) and Vanning Weathering Test (VWT) certificate by the third party surveyor

Production Lead Time:
The lead time for the production is between 21 to 28 days, depending on the order quantity, packaging, and design requirements.
After the container is shipped, we will prepare shipping documents like: Bill of Lading, COO, Commercial Invoice, and Packing list.
Free Sample:
We provide free sample up to 1 Kg, and customer will need to pay for the shipping cost from Indonesia to their country with DHL or UPS services
